Our rates are very competitive with other lodging accommodations in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, and may be subject to change during holidays and special events. Please inquire about extended stay rates, group rates, and specials.

Breakfast:
A delicious complimentary breakfast is served between 8 am and 10 am. Early business breakfast available Mon-Fri with 24-hour advance notice.
*An additional fee of $10 per person will be charged to have an additional guest join you for breakfast.*
Smoking:
We are a non-smoking establishment. An additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in the room. *Smoking is only permitted on outside deck/patio.*
Pet Friendly:
Guest rooms #1, #2, & #7 are pet friendly rooms. There is a $15.00 per night charge for our furry guests. We ask that owners keep their pets under control at all times so as to not disturb other guests.
Consideration of fellow guests:
Please observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am.
Damage:
Guests are responsible for any damage, requiring repair or replacement of Inn property, furniture, artwork, or decor.
Cancellation Policy:
If the reservation is canceled 7 days prior to stay, then no cancellation fee is charged. If the reservation is canceled within 7 days of stay, guest will be charged one night’s accommodation plus tax.
