Policies

How are your rates compared to others around you?

Our rates are very competitive with other lodging accommodations in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, and may be subject to change during holidays and special events. Please inquire about extended stay rates, group rates, and specials.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

What time is Check-In?

We welcome guests during our check-in times of 3 pm – 6 pm, or by special arrangement

What time is Check-Out?

You are able to enjoy your room and the common spaces until check-out at 11 am.

What is your cancellation policy?

We are proud to offer a cancellation policy that we feel is fair compared to others in our area. If the reservation is canceled 7 days prior to stay, then no cancellation fee is charged. If the reservation is canceled within 7 days of stay, guest will be charged one night's accommodation plus tax. We are a small business and appreciate your understanding of how last minute cancellations can affect us.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

A delicious complimentary breakfast is served between 8 am and 10 am. Early business breakfast available Mon-Fri with 24-hour advance notice.

I have friends/family in the area. Can they join me for breakfast?

Yes! With advanced notice, you can have your family member or friend join you for breakfast. An additional fee of $10 per person will be charged to your room.

Do you allow smoking on the property?

For the comfort of all our guests, we are a non-smoking establishment. An additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in the room. For our guests that do smoke, it is only permitted on the outside deck/patio area.

Is your facility Pet Friendly?

Yes! Pets enjoy a vacation as much as their humans so we are happy to offer 4 rooms that are pet friendly; the Butterfly, Beach Trip, The Crow’s Nest, & The Captain's Deck are our pet friendly rooms. There is a $15.00 per night charge for our furry guests. We ask that owners keep their pets under control at all times so as to not disturb other guests. The pet owner will be personally responsible for any damage done by the pet or any injuries that result to others by the action of the pet.

Do you have quiet hours?

Yes. In consideration to other guests, please observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am.

What happens if I damage something?

Even if the damage was unintentional, guests are responsible for any damage, requiring repair or replacement of Inn property, furniture, artwork, or decor.

How do I contact the Innkeeper?

While someone is around most of the time, in the event that the office is closed, please call or text 386-428-3499.
